SIXTH FORM RESOURCE AREA

The Sixth Form Resource Centre in St. Angela’s and St. Bonaventure’s Sixth Form centre is at the heart of student learning. We aim to provide an environment where students may obtain essential academic reading material to enable them to complete their research and study independently.

 

To enable all students to benefit from the facilities the resources are for reference only and cannot be taken out of the resource area.

The textbooks and essential reading material have all been recommended by Heads of Department and subject teachers thus enabling students to have the best advantage to achieve their predicted grades.

.

All the reference resources are on a computer database which the students may access via the computers in the computer room.

The Resource Area is supervised by the Resource Assistant, Mrs  Doherty, who also oversees the computer room.

The environment is pleasant but studious and all students are encouraged to become independent learners preparing them for their future careers and successful and happy  life  ahead
