Welcome to the Information Communications Technology (ICT) Department.

Here you will find out about the facilities available, how ICT is taught within St Angela’s, the courses that the students study, plus there are useful links to other relevant websites.

The ICT department currently has six full time teachers working in five fully equipped classrooms. Additionally the network manager and three technicians support the department. The classrooms provide open access for the student at ICT club, which is run before school from 8:00am to 8:45, during the lunch period and from 3.30 until 5.00pm. The technicians are available during this time to assist the students.

All of the ICT classrooms are well equipped with high specification computers running Windows 2000 software. Two of these classrooms are fitted with electronic white boards and amplifiers.

There are 300+ computers throughout the school, which are connected to the schools network. All the computers have Internet access supported by the London Borough of Newham.
