Anti Bullying Alliance

Welcome to the St Angela's Anti-Bullying Alliance web page. Here you can find out lots of information about the ABA, what we do and how to get in touch.

Our mission statement makes clear the entitlement of all in the school to be equally valued and respected and the responsibility of all to show understanding and respect of others. In the light of this, bullying in any form has no place in St Angela's and our Sixth Form Centre and it will not be tolerated.

Definition of Bullying

A bully is person who makes life unpleasant for other people by calling them names saying nasty things about them, ignoring them or even hitting them. Bullying is when people are threatened over and over again. They may actually get hurt or feel they are going to get hurt, we call this being threatened. Bullying happens in different ways, verbal, physical, emotional.
